By accessing this website or placing an order with North 49 Labs (“North 49 Labs”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory (18 or 19 years) to use this site. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, institution, or professional acquiring these products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes.

You are solely responsible for handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and good laboratory practice.

All products are supplied strictly For Research Use Only (RUO). They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

No statement on this website has been evaluated by Health Canada or the U.S. FDA. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any human or animal use.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect the products are intended for prohibited use.

Product availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer (and, where offered, a secure payment link). Orders are reserved upon submission and ship only after payment is received and confirmed. Please include your order number as the transfer memo.

You agree not to purchase, resell, or use any product for human ingestion, injection, or application, for veterinary use, or for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to misrepresent our products as approved for any such use. Violation immediately terminates your right to use this site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North 49 Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use or misuse of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold North 49 Labs harmless from any claim arising out of your use, handling, or misuse of the products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which North 49 Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
