Privacy Policy

When you create an account or place an order, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, and order history. We do not store full payment details — Interac e-Transfers are processed through your own bank.

We may also collect limited technical data (e.g. browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

We use your information to: process and ship orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to enquiries, send “back in stock” notifications you request, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

We share information only as needed with trusted providers who help us operate, such as our email delivery provider (used to send transactional emails) and shipping carriers. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain order and account records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, provide support, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we securely delete or anonymize them.

Under PIPEDA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we are not legally required to retain it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
