Shipping & Returns

Orders are reserved when placed and are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after your Interac e-Transfer payment is received and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with payment instructions.

We ship within Canada. Shipping is a $20 CAD flat rate, and free on orders of $300 CAD or more.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. Tracking information, where available, will be shared once your order ships.

Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Upon receipt, store according to the guidance on the vial and Certificate of Analysis. Proper handling by a qualified researcher is the buyer's responsibility.

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Unopened products may be eligible for return only with prior written authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each product. Every vial is lot-numbered and can be scanned to verify authenticity.
